Die Subdom??ne Accounts & Deposits in TDI Privatbank Germany verantwortet die Prozesse und Applikationen rund um Kontokorrent und Einlagen. Das Konto ist das Basisprodukt f??r viele Bankgesch??fte. Daher erwartet der Kunde eine effiziente, schnelle Bereitstellung sowie Bearbeitung seiner Auftr??ge. Im Accounts & Deposits Bereich arbeiten wir parallel an strategischen, regulatorischen und Essential Maintenance-Projekten. Mit unserer SAP-Plattform stellen wir das erfolgreiche und moderne Processing f??r das breite Produktangebot f??r Spar-Produkte vom Sparbuch bis zum Festgeld sicher. Wir erg??nzen die Standardsoftware SAP Banking mit modernen Architektur-Komponenten wie Webservices und der neuen Google Cloud-Plattform. Als Lead Business Functional Analyst arbeitest Du eng mit Gesch??fts- und Betriebseinheiten, Product Owner und Entwicklungsteams zusammen. Du erg??nzt das Team durch Deine F??higkeiten in der Business Analyse und Kommunikation und verantwortest damit ma??geblich die Weiterentwicklung und den Betrieb der Anwendung.

Deine Aufgaben

• Du bist Teil des internationalen Teams Deposits und unterst??tzt die Projekte rund um Sparprodukte
• Als Lead BFA evaluierst und definierst Du fachliche Anforderungen in Zusammenarbeit mit dem Gesch??ftsbereich Produktmanagement Einlagen
• Du unterst??tzt bei der Erstellung von End-to-End-Gesch??ftsszenarien, Machbarkeitsstudien sowie Aufwandssch??tzungen und zeigst finanzielle Auswirkungen und Werttreiber bei vorgeschlagenen L??sungen auf. Damit ??bernimmst Du gegen??ber dem Gesch??ftsbereich eine beratende Rolle.
• Du arbeitest im Team eng zusammen mit anderen Business Functional Analysten, Projektmanagern, Solution-Architekten und Entwicklern und erstellst die fachlichen Spezifikationen und andere Dokumentationen. Dies stellt sicher, dass L??sungsdesign und Umsetzungen den gesch??ftlichen Anforderungen entsprechen und zukunftsf??hig sind.
• Du gew??hrleistest, dass Zielprozesse ganzheitlich entwickelt werden, und leitest entsprechende Anpassungsbedarfe hieraus ab sowie tr??gst zu Teamstandards, technischen Best Practices und Qualit??tsstandards bei und sorgst daf??r, dass das Team diese Standards erf??llt
• Du erarbeitest Test-Szenarien und unterst??tzt damit die Product Owner sowie die Test-Manager/Test Analysten bei der Test-Durchf??hrung und bei der fachlichen Produkteinf??hrung bzw. Produktaktualisierung

Deine F??higkeiten und Erfahrungen

• Bachelor/Master-Abschluss einer Hochschule oder Universit??t mit IT- oder BWL-Schwerpunkt
• Mehrj??hrige praktische Erfahrung mit Methoden und Werkzeugen der Gesch??fts- und Funktionsprozessanalyse
• Expertise in den Gesch??ftsprozessen f??r das Konto- und Einlagengesch??ft (End-to-End) von Privat- und Firmenkunden, vorzugsweise mit Wissen ??ber die Standard-Software SAP Banking Services, SAP Deposit Management
• Kenntnisse bzw. Bereitschaft zur Einarbeitung in Technologien wie REST-Webservices oder Google Cloud
• Proaktiver Teamplayer mit sehr guten m??ndlichen und schriftlichen Deutsch- und Englischkenntnissen mit Interesse, sich in einem intern-a-tionalen Umfeld weiterzuentwickeln

Details of the role and how it fits into the team

The sub-domain Accounts & Deposits in TDI Privatbank Germany is responsible for the processes and applications related to current accounts and deposits. The account is the key product for many banking transactions. Therefore, the customer expects efficient and reliable processing of his orders. In the Accounts & Deposits area we implement strategic, regulatory, and essential maintenance projects in parallel. Our SAP platform allows us a modern und successful management of savings products in standard software. In addition to the SAP Banking solution we use state of the art architecture components such as web services and the new Google Cloud platform. As a Lead Business Functional Analyst, you work hand in hand with business and operations, product managers and development teams. You complement the team with your business analysis and communication skills and are therefore responsible for the enhancement and support of the application.

Your key responsibilities

• You are part of the international Deposits Team and you support different projects around savings
• As Lead BFA you evaluate and define business requirements together with "Produktmanagement Einlagen"
• You support the creation of end-to-end business processes, feasibility studies and effort estimations. For your internal customers you identify and highlight pros and cons of different implementation options
• In the team you work closely together with other BFAs, projects managers, solution architects, and developers and will write the business requirements documents and other artefacts relevant for business analysis. This will ensure that the implemented solution meets the business requirements
• You actively take part in the test design activities and support Product Owner, Test Managers and Test Analysts in testing and support them for product launches or product updates
• You contribute to team standards, technical best practices and quality standards and ensure that the team meets these standards

Your skills and experiences

• Bachelor and/or Master degree in Computer Science and/or Business Administration
• Several years of practical experience with methods and tools of business and functional process analysis
• Expertise in the business processes for end-to-end account and deposit operations for private and corporate clients preferably with experience about the standard software SAP Banking Services, SAP Deposit Management
• Experience or willingness to learn about technologies like REST web services or Google Cloud

• Proactive team player with excellent oral and written German and English knowledge and motivation to work in a dynamic international team
