Acts as the administrative representative to manage issues, including patient, family, employee and provider complaints. Support direct care needs and staffing adjustments. Ensures shift operational standards are met including: response to emergency codes, patient flow placement and/or transfer, clinical resource for evidence based practice, policies and procedures. Current NE RN license, BLS, ACLS, TNCC & PALS. Previous supervisory experience preferred.

Our 50-bed acute care hospital is certified for swing beds with an
additional 15 ambulatory outpatient beds. Established in 1972 by
the merger of St. Mary’s Hospital and Behlen Memorial Hospital,
this not-for-profit hospital is governed by a local board of directors.
We are licensed by the Nebraska State Board of Health and
accredited by the Joint Commission.
