PT Instructor, IT Support Specialist
Location: Lynn Campus
Dates: November 2023 - June 2024
Day: Tuesdays/Thursdays
Time: 6:00 to 9:00
GENERAL STATEMENT OF DUTIES:
Teach all essential skills/information of CompTIA IT Fundamentals and CompTIA A+ while preparing students to sit for the CompTIA IT Fundamental Exam and the CompTIA A+ Exams. Course begins with instructing students to identify PC components, moving on to installations, upgrades; repairs, troubleshooting optimize, and perform preventative maintenance of basic PCs, digital devices, and operating systems.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Create syllabus
Instruct students
Assess & grade Students regarding course competencies
Submit grades to Division
Administer evaluations.
Requirements:
A minimum of an Bachelor's Degree in related field required
CompTIA A+ certified
Successful experience interacting with culturally diverse populations.
Candidates will be required to pass a CORI/SORI and/or a National background check as a condition of employment.
Additional Information:
Salary commensurate with education and experience.
