Performs onsite reception duties at the Gleacher Center during Graham class hours (currently 8:30AM-5PM on Tuesdays and 8:30-1PM on Saturdays).
Completes data entry and maintenance for courses in the Open Enrollment and Basic program, including course creation and formatting in Destiny, Canvas site creation and maintenance, and Zoom account and meeting management.
Assists with record-keeping duties for Graham programs.
Aids Graham students with technical support for registration, Canvas us age, and other systems as needed.
Responds to student inquiries in the Basic Program and Graham School email inboxes, as well as in-person inquiries while onsite at the Gleacher Center.
Supports Graham events with administrative tasks such as materials preparation, registration, and other duties.
Triages emails and telephone calls for action. Resolves mostly routine and some complex inquiries.
Prepare special reports and summaries, assists in managing daily operation of the office, and may assist in developing administrative goals and policies.
Performs other related work as needed.
Technical Skills or Knowledge:
Familiarity with technology and software such as Microsoft Office suite, Zoom, and Canvas.
Customer service approach and strong interpersonal skills.
Strong prioritization, time management and deadline awareness.
This is a part-time position.
