Description
Gustavus Adolphus College has two openings in the Bakery available.
Part-Time Baker:
Schedule = 3-7pm, Monday through Friday with weekends as needed (20 hours/week, 52 weeks/year). Non-benefits Eligible.

Full-Time Baker:
Schedule = 7:30am-4pm, Monday through Friday with rotating weekends (40 hours/week, 52 weeks/year). Benefits included.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
Prepare baked goods including donuts, breads, pizza crusts, cookies, cakes, pies and specialty items
Decorate baked products using piping, icing, airbrush and other techniques.
Develop and prepare original recipes
Work with and mentor college student employees.
Prerequisites
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Six months experience in baking in a high-volume dining service or restaurant or other related experience.
