Position Summary

The Non-Student Short-Term Casual position is a part-time technology support analyst role.

The position requires a commitment to part-time engagement over approximately 4 months. This position will be working with the Senior Director of Clinical Systems.

Responsibilities

• Daily checkout of production systems noting any anomalies/errors
• Investigation/resolution of systems issues following standard operator protocols.
• Creation of systems enhancement requests that would reduce need for operator interventions.
• Configuration of production alerting systems to reduce false report of system errors.

Minimum Qualifications

• High School Diploma

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior exposure to software engineering / coding experience

Other Requirements

• Strong communication and problem solving skills.
• Demonstrated interest/ knowledge in at least one complex technology (e.g., 3D CAD/CAM/printing/modeling)
