Duties include:

*Recruitment of D2 caliber women’s lacrosse student-athletes; *Establishment of a D2 program based in a successful, Christian environment for the student-athletes of the women's lacrosse program; *Plan and run effective practices while planning out of practice activities; *Contribute to the Spiritual growth of the student-athletes; *Lead the cultivation of relationships with local city and lacrosse organizations; *Assist other staff members with activities as needed to reach the overall goals of the Alliance athletic department. *Being adaptable to a unique athletic situation in the New York/New Jersey metro area.

• Bachelor's degree required, Master's degree preferred;
• Previous head coaching experience preferred.
• A demonstrated understanding of the NCAA Division II environment, requirements, and accountability, with previous coaching or playing experience in a similar setting highly preferred.  
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• The ability to relate to a diverse group of students, athletes, coaches and campus community members.
• Strong prioritization and organizational skills.
• Must have a thorough understanding of and accountability to NCAA and CACC rules and regulations. 
• Demonstrated strong commitment to the academic, spiritual and athletic success of the student-athlete.
