Job Overview

The Facilitator is an approachable, caring professional who facilitates a new pilot program called Connect to Baby that will be delivered remotely via Zoom in collaboration with Early Head Start centers throughout Washington DC.

They work directly with other facilitators and the project manager for this project.

Work Interactions

Supervised very closely by two Principal Investigators and the Project Manager, the Facilitator works with other facilitators for this project.

Qualifications

BA or BS degree

Preferred qualifications

• Spanish speaking skills, due to the DC metropolitan area's growing Spanish speaking population and the fact that the intervention requires conversing with parents
• Experience working with families in the context of early education, parenting intervention or early intervention
• Current driver's license
