The salary of the finalist selected for this role will be set based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to departmental budgets, qualifications, experience, education, licenses, specialty, and training. Position Summary
The Herbert Irving Comprehensive Cancer Center is looking to hire a Student Research Worker to work in the laboratory of Dr. Neil Vasan. The candidate will provide support to the Principal Investigator and other lab investigators, as needed.
Responsibilities
Duties will include, but are not limited to the following:
Will be responsible for project organization (maintaining inventory of laboratory supplies, preparing stock reagents)
Cell culture work using both cell lines and primary cells
Biochemistry work using recombinant proteins
Provide assistance and coordination to various lab research projects.
