Â Registered Nurse with an unencumbered license to practice nursing in the Commonwealth of Virginia.Â Â Considerable experience of long-term care experience.Â Significant experience in supervising nurse aides, care partners or other unlicensed assistive personnel.Â Train-the-Trainer certification for teaching the nurse aide curriculum or the ability to complete training within the first two weeks of employment.
