Job Description
The Improving With You Coordinator will support the Director and Program Manager in the coordination and scheduling of exit interviews, stay interviews, benchmark collection and team action planning and continuous improvement support processes; Organization of communications and reports; Facilitates scheduling, updating and distribution of explainer videos, microsite with information and publications. The Coordinator will also conduct exit and stay interviews for entry level personnel.

• Familiarity with data management
• Customer service skills
• Background in supporting DEI programs is a plus

Education and Experience:

• 2 to the 3 years of experience in coordination roles
• Bachelors degree is not required
