A session is any training, game, meeting, or other Club-required activity. Opportunities for additional pay include substitute coaching, assisting with Weekly Skills Clinics, Club Field Day, etc.

Head Coach of Premier Youth Soccer Team(s)
Highline Premier FC is a Premier Youth Soccer Club located in the greater Seattle area suburb of Burien, WA. Due to unprecedented growth stemming from successful investments in program improvements and strategic Leadership hiring, we are seeking several Head Coaches for various levels of Premier Youth soccer teams. The Head Coach will be responsible for developing fundamental soccer skills in players and teaching an understanding of the rules, concepts, and advanced tactics of soccer. The Head Coach will model and foster cooperation, sportsmanship, and ethical behavior. Highline Premier coaches are responsible for maintaining a safe playing and learning environment for players, managing parents, and completing administrative tasks for the team and club. HPFC Coaches report to the Highline Premier FC Director of Coaching.
Our professional licensed coaching staff administers a unique club curriculum that progressively challenges players to be disciplined while inspiring a balance between player growth and results-oriented outcomes. Players train year-round, 2-3 days per week. Each team participates in regional Summer Tournaments, and Fall and Spring seasons in the Washington Premier League (WPL). Tryouts for most teams occur each May, with 8U and 9U teams trying out 2x per year in April and December. HPFC currently has 21 teams ranging in age from 8U through 18U for both boys and girls, with a membership of about 270 players.
Applications will be accepted until August 31, 2022, with evaluations commencing upon receipt of each application. Applicants will receive notice from HPFC by September 15.
