The ideal candidate should have an engaging personality to provide a warm, caring, safe, and nurturing learning environment in which students can develop physically, emotionally, mentally, and socially. Our extended care educators help foster each student’s curiosity and growth . Develop and implement lesson plans that are tailored to students’ interests and strengths. Be a life-long learner who is a role model to the students and helps develop students’ unique talents and instill in them a passion for learning and growing.
Schedule: Monday through Friday 7:00am-9:00am and/or 3:30pm-6:00pm

Requirements
Minimum of HS Diploma or Equivalent
Bachelor of Science in Education or related field preferred
At least 19 years of age
45 Hours of Child Growth and Development
45 Hours of School Age Curriculum
One year of experience working with school-age children (or 30 college credits)
9 clock hours of approved training in communications OR one 3 credit college course
