•Experience with throws, high jump, pole vault.

•Ability to assist in teaching PHYD 400 level course to highly talented student-athletes.
•Ability to adhere to all policies, rules and regulations of the university, the Coast to Coast Conference and the NCAA.
•Ability to administer and implement home cross country and track meets.
•Ability to plan and lead practice sessions during the traditional and nontraditional season.
