Compunetix is currently seeking a part-time Receptionist to represent the company by answering incoming calls and greeting visitors.

Responsibilities:

• Answer incoming calls and respond to inquiries
• Route calls to the appropriate department/individual
• Screen calls as necessary
• Take messages for staff
• Greet/register visitors to the facility
• Maintain logs of visitors/calls
• Other duties as required

Requirements:

• High School Diploma
• 2 years’ experience
• Experience with Microsoft Word/Excel a plus
• Superior oral communication and memorization skills
• Good keyboarding skills/finger dexterity/hand to eye coordination
• Ability to be attentive, courteous, calm and tactful
• Ability to exercise discretion and respect confidentiality
• Ability to read/comprehend simple instructions/memos/multitask
• Ability to write simple correspondence
• Ability to lift up to 25lbs
