University Learning Commons (ULC) Coordinator

Responsibilities:

• Assist students at the ULC with creating their tutoring accounts and appointments
• Supervise reception desk student workers and tutors to ensure that students begin their tutoring sessions on time.
• Set-up individual and group tutoring schedules on the WCONLINE appointment system.
• Answer tutor inquires regarding scheduling.
• Review courses offered by each tutor to ensure accurate schedules.
• Prepare time cards for each tutor and student worker per pay period.
• Review the the swipe system for accuracy of courses offered.
• Compile information for the Director to prepare reports.
• Represent the ULC at Admission Open House and Accepted Students Day events.
• Organize and serve as host and facilitator at workshops at the beginning of each semester for all tutors and student workers.
• Other duties and projects and assigned by the Director

Work Hours:

Monday 12:00-6:00

Tuesday 12:00-6:00

Wednesday 8:30-5:00

Thursday OFF

Friday 8:30-3:00
