Stanford BioSci Careers is excited to announce a part-time, Assistant Director, Connections: Career Leadership and Engagement position for a highly relationship-focused professional specializing in building future leaders and maximizing mentoring partnerships. 

The Assistant Director, Connections: Career Leadership and Engagement integrates alumni and employer connections into all of BioSci Careers’ functions: counseling/coaching, connections, and curriculum. The position develops programming to introduce trainees to various career options, builds networks within various industries, and helps team members integrate alumni and future employers into all facets of our work: curriculum, counseling, and events. They advise, develop policy, and create leadership curricula for career-focused trainee/student groups. 

This position builds and maintains relationships across campus, with potential speakers, and across the field to inform best practices, and to ensure strong, diverse connections with our trainees.
