Job Summary
Provides general administrative support assisting Executive Director(s) and/or Manager(s) within the Pervasive Technology Institute division including coordinating all meeting logistics, travel arrangements, drafting correspondence, purchasing requisitions and other clerical functions.
Provides customer service oriented administrative support for various initiatives and activities within the organization and for the Office of the Vice President for IT and CIO.
Qualifications
EDUCATION
Required
High school diploma or GED.
WORK EXPERIENCE
Required
3 years of office environment experience.
SKILLS
Knowledge of computers and word processing/database/spreadsheet software.
Knowledge of standard office equipment.
Excellent interpersonal communication skills.
Strong organizational skills and ability to analyze complex information and exercise independent judgment.
Preference for experience with university policies and procedures.
