St. Anne’s seeks a part-time Extended Day Coordinator committed to nurturing students and being a positive and kind role model in a warm and loving community. Extended Day is an after-school program from 3:00-5:30 PM for children who stay after school until they are picked up by their parents or caregivers.

Extended Day services are provided on normal school days at 3:00-5:30 PM from August 22, 2022-May 30, 2023. On several days per year, Extended Day services are available 12:00-5:30 PM or 8:00 AM-4:00 PM. 

About St. Anne’s Episcopal School:

St. Anne’s is an independent, PS-8 co-educational school enrolling approximately 430 students from across the Denver metro area.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage the daily operations (snack, arrival, dismissal etc.) of the after-school Extended Day Program. Maintain attendance records for the program.
• Supervise and schedule staff in two buildings for PS-K and Grades 1-8. 
• Collect timesheets from staff and turn them into the CFO.

• Provide a safe, nurturing, and caring environment. 

• Ensure that all interactions with students are positive and support their emotional and social development.
• Provide the CFO with all reports necessary to complete monthly billing in an accurate and timely manner.
• Follow all procedures and guidelines outlined by the Colorado Department of Education (CDE) to ensure compliance during annual inspection and license renewal. Maintain records of all extended day staff per CDE guidelines.
• Must stay up-to-date with required professional development training as required by Colorado Department of Education. Ensure that all Extended Day staff is also up-to-date with the required training and professional development. 

Requirements:

• Associate’s degree or higher in early education 
• Early Childhood Education certification
• Director qualified is preferred
• Three or more years of experience preferred
• A compassionate and positive attitude
