The Enrollment Associate will support the daily operations and administration of all components of the Enrollment Office’s work with prospective, admitted and enrolled students and families.
This individual will support recruitment efforts by developing and planning outreach/marketing activities, programming and events designed to educate the market about the educational opportunities available at St. Anne’s (SAES). A willingness to learn about SAES, our mission, curriculum, and enrollment policies is essential. Additionally, the candidate will have exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to meaningfully engage prospective students and families. The ideal candidate will possess strong database skills and will be comfortable using data for strategic thinking.
Work with the Director of Enrollment to support and assist in Admissions and Enrollment department functions and processes.
Primarily responsible for community outreach and active recruitment of new students to St. Anne’s.
Serves as a point of contact for prospective students and families communicating with the Enrollment Office.
Schedule all aspects of individual student and parent visits, including coordinating with various faculty and staff identifying student tour guides, parent ambassadors, visitation confirmations and follow up communication.
Support the recruitment process by connecting and communicating with prospective students and their families to keep them fully engaged throughout the enrollment process
Manage and process completed applications on SAES’ database and prepare files to be read by committee members
Support all assessment activities.
Represent SAES at various events both on and off campus including but not limited to school fairs, school visits, presentations, and visits to sending organizations
Support and/or manage projects related to other office-wide efforts such as marketing and admission communications, data analysis, outreach, and event planning
Assist with student assessment and management of the assessment process for incoming students as needed.
Assist other members of the Enrollment and Advancement office with various duties, including, but not limited to Student and Parent Ambassador Program.
Assist with supervision of students during arrival and dismissal as needed.
Serve on faculty committees.
Engage regularly in opportunities for professional growth and model a growth mindset, developing professionally through further education, reading, workshops, and/or conferences.
Other duties as assigned.
Bachelor’s Degree required.
2-4 years of experience in event planning, admissions/enrollment management or related field required.
Experience in a non-profit, educational or closely related setting

Physical Requirements: Regularly sit, turn, bend, reach, stand, walk, talk, hear, and interact with campus visitors as well as with others. Must have the ability to understand and present materials and communicate with constituents and co-workers in a harmonious manner. Must be able to lift 25lbs.
