The University of Jamestown (NAIA), located in Jamestown, ND, is seeking applicants for graduate assistant positions (SID, Golf, Wrestling). A graduate assistant position at the University of Jamestown offers the successful applicant a path towards a professional career.
Golf, Swimming/Diving, and Wrestling Job Responsibilities (include but are not limited to the following):
• Assist in organizing, scheduling and running practices
• Assist with monitoring academics and providing players with resources/solutions for academic success
• Communication with players via email, GroupMe, text messages or phone calls
• Recruiting efforts, including campus visits, traveling to Junior or High School tournaments, etc.
• Fundraising efforts
•Assist with community service efforts
•Assist with management of Social Media accounts
Sports Information Responsibilities (include but are not limited to the following):
•Assist with game management
•Coordinating webcasts of home events using Production Truck/Wirecast software
•Game stories and sport program updates
•Promotion of University of Jamestown student-athletes and coaches across traditional and emerging media communication vehicles

Founded as Jamestown College in 1883, six years before North Dakota became a state, University of Jamestown has provided students with a quality education grounded in high academic, ethical, and spiritual standards for 130 years.
