This position is primarily responsible for generating revenue through outbound ticket sales efforts, which include full season memberships, partial plans and group sales. In addition, this position will also assist in the game-day ticket operations and fulfilment duties for all sports. The Ticket Sales Assistant is also responsible for group and member stewardship on game day and provide an elite customer service experience for all fans.

This position will also represent Panther Athletics at community and campus events in an effort to provide information about our ticketing and fan experience options.Other duties include fulfilling charitable donations, organizing database, prospecting sales leads, and other duties as assigned.

Bachelor's degree. One-year of athletics ticket sales, ticket operations, corporate partnerships, marketing, or community relations experience including as an undergraduate student.
