Job Summary: SUNY Brockport's Athletic Department is comprised of 23 sports and is accepting applications to establish a pool of candidates to fill the part-time position of Head Coach of Wrestling. The Head Coach is responsible for the supervision of all aspects of the Wrestling program. This is a part-time 10-month position that reports to the Director of Athletics.
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree by time of appointment from a college or university accredited by the U.S. Department of Education or an internationally recognized college or university.
Minimum three years successful experience in coaching Wrestling at an NCAA member institution
Certification in CPR, first aid, must complete AED training within three months after hire.
Excellent organizational, interpersonal and communication skills
Preferred Qualifications:
Master's Degree from a college or university accredited by the U.S. Department of Education or an internationally recognized college or university.
Previous experience supervising professional coaching staff, preferred.
Knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel Work Schedule: Monday -Friday, with some nights and weekends
