Optimizing our enrollment management is crucial to IUPUI's long-term viability, as there are several factors that influence a student's college choice, student success, retention and timely graduation. The Division is comprised of 115 full-time staff in the Office of Undergraduate Admissions, Office of Student Financial Services, Office of the Registrar, Office for Veterans and Military personnel, Office for Enrollment Strategy and Insights as well as other areas supporting strategic initiatives, outreach and partnerships, technology and administrative support. The Division of Enrollment Management also oversees and provides insight for its enrollment operations for its Fort Wayne and Columbus campuses.

Job Summary
Provides support for transfer credit related business processes and admission application file review for the Office of Undergraduate Admissions.
Determines transfer coursework applicability and/or equivalency following university procedure for all incoming students with transfer credit.
Reviews individual admission applications on a case-by-case basis to determine if a student meets the expected parameters to be successful at IUPUI, IU Fort Wayne and IUPUC.
Assists with other projects and responsibilities such as the creation of transfer credit rules and facilitates the update of transfer credit rules in consultation with academic departments.
Determines transfer coursework equivalency following university procedure.
Evaluates admission applications and education records of prospective students to render admission decision on admissibility to IUPUI, IU Fort Wayne and IUPUC in accordance with established policies and procedures.
Creates transfer credit articulation rules in admission operational systems such as PeopleSoft and Transfer Evaluation System (TES).
Completes individual business analysis on business processes related to the streamline and support of transfer processes for student entering with transfer credit.
Performs multi-channel communication with prospective students, enrolled students and IUPUI, IU Fort Wayne and IUPUI faculty and staff involved with transfer credit work.
Works on ad hoc projects and responsibilities related to transfer credit, application file review, admission audit reports and review of targeted populations

EDUCATION
Required
High school diploma or GED.
WORK EXPERIENCE
Required
4 years of experience in an office environment, higher education, or a related field.
