The Office of Enrollment Management (OEM) serves Indiana University Bloomington by recruiting, enrolling, and serving students. The Office of the Registrar's primary mission is to enhance and facilitate inclusive and equitable instructional experiences, by providing excellent service to faculty, campus partners, and students.
Job Summary
Provides registration related services including instruction and problem resolution for registration.
Performs schedule adjustment.
Performs drop/add and waitlist functions at in-person New Student Orientation (NSO).
Educates students about the availability and use of electronic information, specifically Self Service Registration and Schedule Adjustment.
Qualifications
EDUCATION
Required
Currently enrolled as a student at Indiana University.
SKILLS
Required
Background and /or desire to provide incoming students with a strong start to their IU experience.
Background in customer service.
Experience presenting information clearly and effectively in a professional and/or educational environment.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple students and advisors.
Knowledge of IU registration systems.
Knowledge of IU campus.
Work Location
Bloomington. Indiana
This is an in-person position.
Work Hours
29 hours per week beginning
Beginning, 6/8/2022- 7/21/2022 and then again 8/11/22 and end on 8/16/22,
2 half-day trainings in early June (To Be Announced) before NSO begins.
