- Oregon Dental License, unrestricted, (or eligibility to obtain prior to employment)
- Dental degree (DDS/DMD) unrestricted, from a CODA accredited school
- Current BLS certification from the American Heart Association
- Ability to leverage creativity, resourcefulness, and sound judgment in the analysis and resolution of dental and administrative problems; strong leadership, teamwork, and crisis management skills
- Comprehensive skill and ability to apply modern methods, principles and practices of four-handed and advanced general dentistry
- Must be able to perform the essential functions of the position with or without accommodation
