Fred Hutchinson Cancer Center is an independent, nonprofit, unified adult cancer care and research center that is clinically integrated with UW Medicine, a world leader in clinical care, research and learning. Responsibilities
Assist with lab reagent stocking/organization.
Change water bath.
Aliquot reagents.
Remove chemical waste.
Prepare reagents (buffers, ethanol).
Autoclave glassware and remove biohazard trash.
Provide basic support to the laboratory and perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Graduation from High School or currently enrolled in college with interest in the sciences. Some lab experience and/or college level chemistry courses preferred.
Interested in learning research.
Ideal candidate will be available for at least 9 hours per week.
If currently enrolled in college, ideally a junior or senior.
Accuracy and attention to details is essential.

At Fred Hutchinson Cancer Research Center, teams of world-renowned scientists and humanitarians work together to prevent, diagnose and treat cancer, HIV/AIDS and other diseases. Although Fred Hutchinson opened its doors in 1975, its history began about 20 years before that.
