This is a part-time position within the Upper School Academic Support department reporting to the Head of Upper School and the Director of Student Support.
Working with assigned students on organizational and time-management skills.
Writing and executing an individualized plan for each student
Attending students of concern meetings
Collaborating with faculty in the Upper School
Working with the Academic Dean, Class Deans and Support Team to create and implement strategies for students
Serving as a resource for Upper School students
Providing referrals, and working in consultation with parents, teachers, and outside professionals

Effectively communicate with parents, students, learning specialists, counselors, nurses, and teachers
Be well organized and detailed oriented
Have a master's degree and/or experience as a reading specialist, special educator or other area of academic support.
