The Indiana Memorial Union (IMU) has been the heart of the Indiana University Bloomington campus for more than 100 staff, alumni, and guests enjoy the many amenities and opportunities the IMU has to offer.
The Student Involvement and Leadership Center (SILC) is located at three prominent locations on campus--the Indiana Adventures, and Campus View Apartments (Crimson Cupboard). SILC staff work to foster growth and learning among inclusive and engaging experiences through the creation and execution of co-curricular programs and services.
The Student Involvement and Leadership Center is looking for a part-time student employee to process student organization dependable and follow directions, but also feel comfortable asking questions.
The intern will be processing space reservation requests that arrive in the 25 Live system and then saving the request onto the hard drive. There will be a high demand at the start of the semester. Other than Covid-19 year, there are usually about 2400+ space reservations on campus per semester to process.
Currently enrolled as student at Indiana University.
Ability to effectively communicate and exchange information.
Working Conditions / Demands
This position requires the use of a computer, email, and SILC reservation software. This position involves remaining stationary at a computer for extended periods of time.

This position will be in the office at least 3 days per week to be able to perform the duties of this role.
Maximum of 10 hours per week, Monday - Friday.
Hours can be flexible to accommodate a student's exam schedule.
