St. Andrew’s Episcopal School in Potomac, MD seeks a Maternity Leave replacement to serve as an US History Teacher to begin April 15, 2022 and teach until June 15, 2022. The mission of St. Andrew’s Episcopal School is to know and inspire each child in an inclusive community dedicated to exceptional teaching, learning, and service.
Position:The job involves teaching four year-long History courses to 9th and 10th grade students and serving as an advisor to 8 - 11 students. A minimum of three years teaching experience is desired.
Qualifications: BA in History, Education or similar field. Applicants should be skilled in the integration of technology as a tool to advance student learning. General flexibility, good humor, and the ability to work effectively as a team member are also essential.
