Providence Country Day School, a co-ed, Pre-Kindergarten through Grade 12 independent school, seeks a qualified Admissions Associate.
We are looking to hire an organized and charismatic Admissions Associate to support our Admissions Team. The Associate is an early point of contact for prospective students and families and is responsible for helping them navigate the admissions process.
This part-time, 10-month position reports to the Director of Admissions and Financial Aid. Occasional evening and weekend support with events may be required.
Specific duties include, but are not limited to, the following:
Assists families with the admissions process from inquiry to enrollment.
Interviews prospective students and families during the application process.
Actively communicates with prospective students and families, as well as referral sources.
Participates in the application review and committee processes
Represents the School both on- and off- campus
Assists with the execution and planning of in-person visits, tours, open houses, and virtual events on the PCD and HBS Campuses.
Other duties as assigned by the Director of Admissions and Financial Aid.
The ideal candidate should have the following skills and capabilities:
Superb interpersonal skills;
Excellent writing and proofreading skills;
Strong computer skills and aptitude;
Excellent organization and task management capability; able to handle multiple tasks with minimal supervision.
