Note: This is a Federal Work Study Student Worker Position only available to OHSU Students
Under direct supervision, primarily provides general administrative support for a project, team, or work unit. Similar to an Office Clerk or Specialist*. May also include some basic data entry and report generation. Available to help at the front desk of the Office of the Dean, answer phones, sort mail.
In addition to Administrative tasks listed above, there is also the weekly and monthly tasks of checking and testing all classroom and conference rooms and AV equipment, i.e. verifying standard classroom configurations, testing all AV systems and equipment including cameras, microphones, computers, and projectors.

High School, OR
An OHSU Undergraduate Program(minimum 6 credit hours), OR
Graduate Program(minimum 4.5 credit hours)
General office experience.
High level of organization and prioritization skills, team oriented, strong public relations and customer service skills, ability to work cooperatively with academic, unclassified management and classified personnel, strong interpersonal skills and communication skills.
