The Executive Assistant will provide support to the interim Executive Director related to the outlined duties as well as with other needs as they arise. The Executive Assistant will provide support to the organization related to organizational documents, operations, and reporting.
This position is pat-time and will continue through June 2022.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Manage the organizations customer relations database (CRM) related to form creation, reports, and troubleshooting.
Manage data collection for organizational reports using the CRM and other various sources.
Report preparation for organizational recruitment and retention efforts.
Assist the Interim Executive Director in board meeting preparations.
Attend meetings as needed related to board meetings and other organizational events and programs, which may include keeping meeting notes and records.
Assist with the organizational finances, including, but not limited to, general bookkeeping and monthly reconciliation.
Assist the interim Executive Director with organizational documents, related to, but not limited to, opportunities calendar, funding opportunities, policies and procedures.
Assist the interim Executive Director as other needs arise.
EDUCATION / WORK EXPERIENCE
Associates degree in administration, nonprofit management, business management, or a similar field and 2 years of experience in higher education and/or nonprofit sector.
Basic knowledge of salesforce
Experience utilizing computers, common software such as Microsoft Office and Adobe, and basic office equipment
Experience using a salesforce-based customer relations database
Experience with Canva
Working Conditions / Demands
Driving for extended periods of time as necessary to organizational meetings and events, sitting in front of a computer for extended periods of time.
The organization utilizes a work from home model, with infrequent visits to our office, which is located at 777 Indiana Avenue, Indianapolis, Indiana 46202.
You will be required to provide a space, either your home or another location to work from on a daily basis, at your own expense.
