Mission: Waring School is a co-educational, college preparatory day school for a student population of 168, grades 6-12 in Beverly, MA. Waring’s mission is “To create and sustain a community of lifelong learners who are working together for the individual and common good.”
Summary: This position is responsible for the execution of school wide marketing efforts. Planning and management of the marketing strategy lives with the Marketing Team, of which this position is a member. The Digital Content Manager is responsible for maintaining the school's website, including creative design decisions and content generation and updates. The Digital Content Manager serves as the primary photographer and videographer for the school, including editing and sharing of photo and video. This person also executes the school's social media strategy and posts.

Key Responsibilities include:
Manage Waring’s website (www.waringschool.org) including content generation, layout and editing. Work with the Director of Admissions & Enrollment Management in conjunction with the Marketing team on creative choices, templates and new website content.
Produce all of Waring’s print and digital communications, in conjunction with the Enrollment Management Department and the Marketing Team, including but not limited to: website stories, press releases, admission materials, summer program materials, and all other digital and print collateral.
Manage Waring’s social media platforms: Facebook, Instagram, Vimeo, YouTube, LinkedIn, SmugMug, and the Waring Blog.
Work on advertising creation and placement.
Film and edit video footage related to campus life and student projects.
Photograph school events and campus life.
This position is 65% FTE, working four full days or five shorter days during the school year with 8 weeks off in the summer, a week off for winter break and week off for spring break. Waring is currently also hiring a part-time Technology Assistant. These two roles could potentially be combined, depending on interest, availability and experience.

Experience with photography, videography and editing
