STUDENT SERVICES (KO-SSER-IUKOA)
Indiana University Kokomo seeks qualified candidates for the position of Head Women's Golf Coach. The head coach manages and oversees the operations of the women's golf program. IU Kokomo's athletic program is a member of the River States Conference (RSC) and the National Association of Intercollegiate Athletics (NAIA). IU Kokomo offers athletic opportunities in 14 sports.
Reporting to the Athletic Director, essential duties include, but are not limited to:
Recruit, train and coach quality student athletes.
Plan and execute the schedule of all contests and practices in compliance with RSC and NAIA regulations.
Perform administrative tasks including the operation of the golf programs within budgetary guidelines.
Monitor academic progress of student athletes.
Develop opportunities to participate in service activities and encourage participation in the NAIA Champions of Character program.
Develop and participate in fund-raising activities for the program in conjunction with the Athletic Department.
