Part-time, hourly position, with flexible scheduling, working approximately 24 hours a week. Some travel is required.
Reports to the Chief Operating Officer (COO).
MAJOR TASKS / RESPONSIBILITIES
Support the leadership team in the planning, and implementation of virtual and in-person training programs aligned with the objectives and strategy of the association.
Collaborate with COO to assess ongoing and future training and development needs as well as effectiveness of established programs.
Administer evaluations of all association training activity.
Support a program delivery schedule that provides training as needed and in locations and formats that work for the participants.
Provide engaging communications about program information to encourage participation and highlight the value and benefits of training.
Assist with coordination of all aspects of seminars and conferences.
Additional duties as assigned.
Works with COO in all aspects of program implementation.

Bachelors Degree in relevant field, or equivalent combination of education / experience
Demonstrated excellence in written and verbal communications
Ability to work with diverse groups
Knowledge of issues affecting people with barriers to community inclusion
Available to attend events and trainings across the state with reliable transportation
Experience in developing marketing and public relations materials, preferred
Experience with event planning and management, preferred
Experience with online learning management systems, preferred
Knowledge of Macintosh / Apple operating systems, preferred
Telecommuting is allowed.
