License to practice in the state of Massachusetts as a Registered Nurse or Advanced Practice Clinician. Bachelor's degree in nursing and Master's degree in nursing, health administration, or public health (or equivalent experience with Bachelor's degree). Minimum of 5 years' related experience.
Supervisory experience in an ambulatory setting.
Demonstrated excellence in interpersonal, communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, intermediate Excel skills
Experience with emergency/urgent care and associated procedures, phlebotomy, IV insertion, previous Nurse Practitioner experience, travel health counseling
Previous experience with an electronic medical record
Ability to organize tasks, problem solve, and respond in times of multiple demands and urgent situations
