RequirementsThis is you:
An expert in diabetes care and education. Knowledge of diabetes and cardiovascular medications is required, but CDCES is NOT.
Have strong writing, phone and video communication skills
Have experience using clinical digital tools
Work well independently and don’t shy away from change
Are passionate about improving healthcare
Are positive, innovative and empathetic
Live in the United States
You will stand out if you:
Have telehealth or virtual counseling experience
Have worked in the start-up world before

The Diabetes Care and Education Specialist position is a fully remote, contracted position (with the potential to become employed with the company) with flexible hours. Part time for Full time available.
