Reporting to the Deputy Director, the Short-term Casual (Informatics Assistant) provides support to the Strategic Information Unit staff to meet database needs and reporting requirements.
This position is grant funded.
Provides support in the development of survey mobile data collection tools (20%)
Reviews data collection tools to ensure the logic of skip patterns (20%)
Copies questions from final data collection into Excel templates to support development of mobile data collection tools (20%)
Supports the creation of graphs and tables for data dissemination (20%)
Assists in updating of standard operating procedures and training manuals (15%)
Perform other assigned tasks (5%)
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in education and experience
Strong critical thinking, analytic, and verbal and written communication skills
Excellent attention to detail
Familiarity with Microsoft Office, especially Excel
Experience in developing documentation and training non-technical users
MPH in progress preferred
