The Company is going through a high growth phase while also focusing on achieving greater productivity and enhancing its competitive position. Under the leadership of an experienced Executive Management Team and the leadership of the Board of Directors, the business is developing a long-term strategy designed to capitalize on the opportunities in the healthcare/telemedicine market and to strengthen its competitive positions in other related markets they are in or should be considering.
Utilize Your Expertise – Our Client is seeking a new member to join their Board of Directors who can add value to their strategic direction through their expertise and experience.
Past Board Experience and Knowledge –The new Board member will have served on a Board previously in a public, privately held or private equity organization. Their experience will assist them in becoming a stronger, more efficient organization.
Entrepreneurial Board– The Board has a very entrepreneurial and informal style and encourages very active participations by all members.
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE
Is a registered Medical Doctor
Past Board of Director experience is required
Significant experience leading the operations within the Healthcare field
Has implemented programs to introduce a high level of efficiency, systems technology, and operating processes
Experience in a privately held, public or private equity owned firm
Experience running a business, preferably with specific experience in Healthcare
Intellectual curiosity, a strong sense of ambition and a track record of success are critical
Telecommuting is allowed.
