Position Summary This position will provide clerical and data entry support to the Department of Material Management Functional Responsibilities This position will draft letters, enter financial data, keep a detailed listing of contracts, create purchase requisitions, answer and direct phone call traffic, and provide general office support. This position frequently communicates with college staff and vendors using both oral and written communication in an effort to provide quality customer service. Occasional travel to local post office to deliver or pick-up priority mail may be required. This position also serves as the back-up mailroom clerk.
Ability to communicate orally and in writing with a diverse public is required. Must possess the ability to provide good customer service as well as maintain confidentiality of information.
Proficient in Microsoft Office: Word, and Excel
Valid Driver's License required
Oral and written communication skills required
Ability to perform work with limited supervision.
