Department ALUMNI RELATIONS (UA-ALUM-IUBLA) Department Information The IU Alumni Association (IUAA) brings over 700,000 IU graduates together to support one another and Indiana University throughout their lives. The IUAA activates IU's powerful global network through live events, webinars, scholarship programs, and seriously fun traditions. The association is a membership organization that connects alumni, students and friends through communications, activities, programs, and services. Additionally, it develops and supports volunteer leadership, serving as a voice for alumni as the university evolves and providing lifelong learning opportunities. Job Summary The IU Alumni Association Members Team is seeking a Member Marketing Fellow to assist with IU Proud member acquisition and Student Alumni Association social media. IU Proud is an initiative of IUAA's new member program with the purpose of engaging students and recent graduates by providing a strong, inclusive network of support. This position is for Academic Year 2021-2022, with the potential to extend to future semesters. Required Qualifications Currently enrolled as a student at Indiana University. Demonstrated skill in marketing, social media, and event coordination. Strong communication skills. Willingness to talk to strangers and initiate conversation. Ability to be proactive and work independently. Preferred Qualifications Experience with design software such as InDesign or Photoshop is a plus.
