Position Description The KCTCS Foundation, Inc. serves as the independent recognized private foundation delegated with responsibility to solicit and manage funds that benefit KCTCS students, faculty, and staff. In fiscal year 2020 the KCTCS Foundation experienced the best fundraising year in its history raising more than $1.2 million. This total represents more than the last three years combined. With the additional gifts comes the need for staff to help ensure accurate and efficient tracking and financial accounting of the funds being transferred to KCTCS. This position will help cover the additional workload created as fundraising performance continues to increase in future years especially with a major gift campaign on the horizon. This position also helps the Institutional Advancement division to complete a full fiscal calendar cycle and prepare for a staff retirement coming in fiscal year 2022.
