Assistant Professor - Surgery, Knoxville - 210000007I Description THIS POSITION IS LOCATED IN KNOXVILLE, TN The University of Tennessee Graduate School of Medicine is accepting applications for the position of Instructor/Assistant Professor. The applicant will join the Division of Plastic Surgery and be responsible for teaching residents and students as well as patient care. The applicant will be responsible for administrative, educational and medical duties as they relate to the Division of Plastic Surgery, Department of Surgery, and the academic mission of the University of Tennessee Graduate School of Medicine. This is a part-time, non-tenure position. Qualifications Qualifications The candidate must be board-eligible or certified. The candidate should have completed a fellowship in Microsurgery and/or Reconstructive Surgery or have an excellent microsurgery caseload experience and facility with complex reconstruction. Applicants should have a demonstrated commitment to and knowledge of equal employment opportunity and affirmative action.
