Typical Job Responsibilities Include: * Assisting residents with activities of daily living and hygiene to keep them at their highest functioning level and minimizing further deterioration. * Assisting in the maintenance of the unit to provide for a pleasant, efficient, and safe environment. * Follows resident rights guidelines including confidentiality at all times to insure that residents are being treated with dignity and respect as adults within the nursing home environment. Demonstrates expected skill level and behaviors of a C.N.A by serving as a role model to C.N.A's of lower level.
