Assist in achieving the mission of Western Theological Seminary to “form women and men for faithful Christian ministry and participation in the Triune God’s ongoing redemptive work in the world” by coordinating student financial aid and billing in cooperation with other departments and with a focus on student care.
The WTS Registrar and Financial Aid Administrator will supervise this position, working collaboratively and closely with the Vice President of Finance to oversee and direct student billing.
The Financial Aid and Student Billing Coordinator position is part time, approximately 20 hours/week with seasonal fluctuation.
Encourage and counsel students while upholding seminary policies
Understand database software and its maintenance
Demonstrable mature Christian faith and commitment to ministry and service.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
Experience in database management; working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel
