WPS is seeking a Co-Director to work with the Director and faculty in designing and administering the college transition program, now entering its second year. Our program provides essential support and scaffolding for matriculating college students from underrepresented and first generation families. The Co-Director helps with all aspects of SEL, curriculum development and course enrichment programs including field trips.
We prefer someone with 10-15 years in secondary school or college level education, prefers working collaborative, is a strong and impactful communicator and values student-centered learning. Work in DE&I is most helpful
