SUMMARY Right now, we are working with an up-and-coming multi retail / restaurant business headquartered in Grove City, PA to identify an experienced recruiting professional to join their rapidly growing team. Working with the owner and leadership team, in this role you will:
· Recruit and hire restaurant staff · Conduct onboarding and process new-hire paperwork · Assist with restaurant staff training · Maintain employment records · Provide employee relations support · Represent company to regional businesses and sources · Other stuff!

REQUIREMENTS If you are super good at working with people and: · Are professional, helpful, and friendly · Have ninja-like response with laser focus and attention to detail · Are super jazzed by new technology (and good food) · Like meeting goals – but really like to blow them away · Have experience in retail or fast food · AS with a business-related focus or business experience · Can pass a pre-employment criminal background check and drug screen
