The Veterinary Technology Program seeks to expand its pool of applicants for potential adjunct faculty positions for the online Veterinary Technology program using the Blackboard learning management system. We are looking for masters and doctoral candidates to teach undergraduate in the following discipline(s): companion animal medicine and surgery, business (practice) management, emergency and critical care, shelter animal medicine, avian, exotic, and zoo animal medicine. Interested candidates must apply on-line and submit a cover letter, resume, and copies of unofficial transcripts with the application. Salary: Commensurate with Qualifications and Course Level Required Education/Experience: Minimum qualifications include a Masterâ™s degree in the discipline or a closely related area and a minimum of 18 graduate hours in the discipline. Online courses are delivered via Blackboard and candidates for these positions should have experience with this or a similar course management system. Preferred Education/Experience: Preferred qualifications include an earned doctorate (DVM) in the discipline (or closely related field) with a minimum of 18 graduate hours in the teaching area(s). Prior college teaching experience and appropriate professional certifications and/or licenses are a plus.
