This position is responsible for assisting the Clinical Research Coordinator and Program Manager with various duties related to research in support of the mission of the Prostate Cancer Clinical Research Group within the OHSU Knight Cancer Institute.
These duties include, but are not limited to:
Obtaining medical records
Basic and complex sample processing
Shipping, pick-up and delivery of documents, films, specimens to various OHSU locations
Sample and freezer organization
Basic data entry, filing, regulatory administrative tasks, and obtaining signatures.
This position will assist the Clinical Research Manager with other projects and duties as needed.
Enrolled in, or on vacation from, or is otherwise registered in, an Undergraduate Program (minimum 6 credit hours)
Strong customer service, organizational, and interpersonal skills
Ability to clearly organize and/or adapt to multiple priorities and deadlines
Attention to detail, service orientation, and critical judgment skills
Experience working in an office environment
